The Mt. Baldy Run to the Top is Organized by the San Antonio Town Hall. The 60th Annual Event is Planned for Labor Day, September 1, in the Angeles National Forest.
We are planning to open registration on March 1 for the 60th Annual Mt. Baldy Run-to-the-Top, scheduled for Labor Day, September 1. While the Bridge Fire closure order, which includes portions of our race course, remains in effect, based on our initial conversations with the U.S. Forest Service (and past precedent), we are optimistic that the race will be able to obtain special permission to operate. We just need to ensure that all protocols are followed before officially proceeding and opening registration. If you have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to reach out. Looking forward to another great event in September!
The Mt. Baldy Run-to-the-Top is a 7+ mile trail race through the Angeles National Forest, beginning at the entrance to the Ski Lifts parking lot, at 6,000′, and finishing on the summit of Mt. Baldy, at 10,064’.
